About Tom Kidwell
Tom Kidwell has most likely covered more ground walking with his bow and arrows than a seasoned marathon runner has covered in their running lifetime. He resides in Southwestern Oklahoma, where he is semi-retired, and works as a cowhand on a ranch there… not because he has to, but because he enjoys it. We first bowhunted together in the fall of 1963, soon to be fifty years ago. He has always told me that bowhunting was not about the trophies on the wall, not about the meat in the freezer, and especially not about the killing of an animal. For as long as I have known him, he has stressed that the most important thing to him in bowhunting was the friends he has made along the way. Read more
